GNS CANCELS Rights Offering - WHAT?! Why?! Plus more Dilution Coming. On February 12th, 2025 Genius Group (NYSE: GNS) announced the the Board had voted to terminate and cancel the Rights Offering which was in progress to raise money to buy Bitcoin for the company's Bitcoin Treasury. In the same press release the company advised shareholders it was going to call an EGM to vote on three key items. In this video we breakdown the risks a company faces when deciding to attempt a Rights Offering instead of an ATM, and what the additional upcoming ballot items mean to shareholders.
