- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds powder (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

1️⃣ **Cook the beef:**
- In a pressure cooker, add the beef, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, salt, and water.
- Cook until the beef is tender (around 4-5 whistles or 30-40 mins on medium flame).
- Once done, separate the beef and reserve the stock.

- Heat oil or ghee in a large pan.
