Love Those Who Hate You? No Thanks! - (Sept 5th 2023)

Jesus expects for his followers to do a lot of irrational things in his teachings. Forsaking everything and living poor was one of them, but I think one of the most irrational ones of all, is the idea of loving those who hate you. This false sense of morality that it gives the believer, that they are fulfilling the will of God to love their enemies, in order to obtain Heaven, sounds good on paper. But in reality, it doesn't work, and it's not true to our human animalistic nature for revenge.
