Chicken Tikka Resha Kabab | Make And Freeze Ramadan Special Recipe By Spice Bite

Ingredients:
-Chicken With Bones 800 grams
-Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp ( Adrak Lehsun )
-Chicken Tikka Masala Powder – 2 tbsp
-Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp ( Haldi Powder)
-Red Chili Powder – 1/2 tsp ( Lala Mirch powder )
-Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
-Yogurt 3 tbsp ( Dahi )
-Salt – 1 tsp ( Namak )
-Bread – 4 sliced
-Water – 1 cup
-Boiled Potatoes - 3 medium Sized ( Aloo )
-Onions 1 cup chopped ( Pyaz )
-Green Chilies – 3 - 4 chopped ( Hari Mirch )
-Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder – 1 tsp ( Zeera powder )
-Red Chili Flakes– 1 tsp ( Dhara Mirch )
-Crushed Coriander Seeds – 2 tsp ( sabut Dhania )
-Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
-Salt – 1 tsp
-Green Coriander chopped 1/2 cup ( Hara Dhania )
-Mint Leaves chopped 1/4 cup ( Pudina)
-Melted Butter – 3 tbsp
-Eggs – one
-Red Chili Flakes – 1/4 tsp ( Dhara Mirch )
-Salt – 1/4 tsp ( Namak )
-Cooking Oil – ½ cup
Direction For cooking :
-In a bowl add chicken add chicken tikka masala, salt , red chili powder , turmeric powder , lemon juice , yogurt , ginger , garlic paste mix well and rest it for 1 hour.
-Take a wok add masala chicken cook for 2 -3 mins on high flame then add water mix well cover and cook for 20 -25 mins on low flame or until all water dries.
-Let the chicken cool then separates the meat from bones, add boiled and mashed potatoes.
-Take a bowl add bread slice add water then squeeze all water then add into chicken bowl.
-Mix all together well.
-Add roasted cumin powder , salt , red chili flakes , crushed coriander seeds lemon juice , melted butter ,chopped green chilies , chopped green coriander , chopped mint leaves , chopped onion, mix well make kabab shape.
-take a egg add salt , red chili flakes whisk well then dip kabab into it.
-Take a frying pan add oil fry kabab until golden and brown .
-You can store these kabab in any zip lock bag for 2 weeks.
-Enjoy these kabab in your Ramadan.
