Compact Outlook PST file
Over time outlook pst files need to be compacted to clean up and reduce size.
Note this dose not delete any emails.

Open Outlook.
Richt click on the email address and select Data File Properties, Then select Advanced. Now Click on Compact Now and ok to complete.
Thats it your done or repeat if you have more than one.
