Breaking Free from Depression

You CAN break free from depression—but it starts with one decision.

Yeah man depression having gone through depression I can say this with some certainty while all the cause of factors were not on my own doing, many of them were and nearly the entirety of my time in that prison was mine I built the fucking walls I dug the fucking pits I created the fucking torment and I refused to leave I created my own hell on this earth and I stayed there for far too long I know the people and depression are probably to hear this, are probably thinking you can't just decide to leave. In my experience, you can. When you decide it does not happen today. There's a million micro habits that you have to change your perception of yourself, your perception of the world. You have to understand, be able to perceive and gain control of your own thoughts. There are some people that are chemically depressed and they have significant neurochemical issues that they need to probably seek help to deal with. But unless you're in prison, you can physically leave too. Yeah. If you're in a bad living situation, you can drive away. If you don't have a car, start walking away. Start from scratch. Yeah, man, that's a real thing. If the people around you are crushing you, leave those people.
