China to help build 3 Railway Lines in Vietnam, one of which is funded by and will link to them

China will be helping Vietnam construct not just one but three Railway Lines, one of which will be partially funded by them and will link both Countries, this despite the Territorial Disputes between them in the South China Sea (SCS) because Vietnam still chose to Ally themselves with China and are now benefiting greatly in Terms of their Infrastructure and their Economy. Meanwhile, when will the United States (US) help its supposed “Ally” the Philippines build three Railway Lines?
