Shocking newly released footage shows a freight train striking a police car with 20-year-old Maria Rios-Gonzalez handcuffed inside. Officers had placed her in the Platteville patrol car, which was illegally parked on railroad tracks during a stop for an alleged road rage incident. She suffered serious injuries, including broken ribs and a fractured sternum. The Platteville officer is on administrative leave as investigations continue.
