Horrific moment shows snake preying on a rat as it dangles from an Air conditioner

This is the gruesome moment a snake pulls itself back up into a home air conditioning unit after it dropped down to snatch up a live rat.

Shocked residents filmed the spectacle in a home in the southern port city of Gangzhou
in China, and shows the rat snake dangling down from the wall mounted unit.

The large reptile had struck and snared the rodent in its jaws before it calmly retracted back into its lair to enjoy the kill.
