Stanley Kubrick Faking The Moon Landings

All video footage of the moon landings that took place between 1969 and 1972 were produced by a collaboration between NASA and the CIA. The footage was directed by Stanley Kubrick and shot by cameraman Gene Gilmore, who also went by the name Cyrus Eugene Rubin Akers.
In 1999, Kubrick made a deathbed confession in which he, Neil Armstrong and others, were responsible for faking NASA's moon program, including the footage of all moon landings. This confession was released in December 2015 and is considered an official document by Kubrick's estate.
Gilmore also made a deathbed confession in 2020, in which he provided further information on the matter. This confession was released in 2022 and is also considered an official document by Gilmore's estate.
When these allegations first surfaced, they were dismissed by some as conspiracy theories.

An interview that was released in 2015 of Stanley Kubrick from 1999 confirming the myths that most have heard. He claims he did indeed, fake the moon landings of the Apollo missions. His assertions are that the science was not there in 1969 too. make it happen. The country had committed to JFKs vision of putting a man on the moon by the end of the decade as well as putting the nail in the coffin of any sense of inferiority to Soviet space achievements (the latter are my thoughts). So he agreed to fake it all. He was very much moved by Neil Armstrong's deep seated regret and shame for having perpetrated such a hoax and wanted to set the record straight...while ensuring some distance from his demise of course. Don't fess up while you still can answer for what was done. At least he came forward. I had never been a great believer in the fake moon landing conspiracy. I do fall more into the camp of, "I believe nothing my government tells me anymore, why should this story be any different?" I always wanted to believe but anymore, I trust only what I can verify. There are many glaring inconsistencies in the story, so very much could be that it was all staged.
