Chien Pao Baxcalibur is the premier combo deck in the BRS - PRE format. Chien Pao rewards players for playing the game well. This is what makes it so appealing. Unlike combo decks like Tatsugiri ex, Chien Pao requires you to keep playing a combo style even after you've set up.

Chien Pao is a deck that has fallen off the in BRS - PRE format. This is because the format has devolved into a slow, heavy control format where one wrong step means the end of your board. This shouldn't dissuade you from playing Chien Pao, however, Chien Pao is a deck where, if your opponent can't figure out the lines you're playing, you can devastate their strategy and force them to overplay their hand.

In this video, I (kind of) showcase the mindset that you must take playing decks like Chien Pao so you can be omnisuccessful at (playing) the deck.
