Games Executive Grind

With Ubisoft in freefall and Xbox seemingly on the ropes, one has to wonder what is going on at the executive level. Why are they struggling while the leadership at Larian and Saber Interactive are thriving? This video explores the challenges of being a games executive based on my experiences as an Executive Producer at Microsoft, a VP in charge of multiple studios at Warner Bros, and an Oculus Research executive responsible for a multi-billion dollar augmented reality project.
