Police Bust Couple in Shocking Under-Bridge Encounter

on 3/4/24, officers with the Des Moines Police Department, Responded to a call from a parking enforcement officer that There were 2 People under a bridge downtown, one of them was a male and the other was a female. The Parking enforcement officer insinuated that the Couple were getting down to Business.
