It appears JFK was injured in the neck but also appears his "Fatal Wound" came from a bullet from the driver of "The POTUS" vehicle (Secret Service Agent?). It does appear the driver used a pistol with his left hand to finish the assassination of JFK, while he was driving the vehicle.
