Cyberpunk 2077 is an open-world, action-adventure RPG set in the megalopolis of Night City, where you play as a cyberpunk mercenary wrapped up in a do-or-die fight for survival. In this playthrough we cover:

Queen of the Highway: V helps Panam Palmer and the Aldecaldos fully restore the Basilisk, a powerful Militech tank. During a high-intensity test drive, V and Panam use the Basilisk’s neural link, creating a deep, intimate connection. If romanced, this moment leads to a passionate encounter inside the tank. The joy is short-lived as Militech forces ambush the Aldecaldos, forcing V and Panam to unleash the Basilisk’s full firepower. With the threat eliminated, Panam suggests V has a place with the Nomads, offering a new path beyond Night City.

Ex-Factor: Judy enlists V’s help in freeing Clouds from Tyger Claws control, leading to a confrontation with Maiko Maeda, Clouds' ruthless boss. V must decide whether to negotiate or fight, shaping the future of Clouds and Judy’s trust. This mission deepens V’s bond with Judy and sets the stage for their next move against the Tyger Claws.

The Hunt: V and River Ward track a serial killer, Anthony Harris (Peter Pan), abducting children, including River’s nephew, Randy. With the killer in a coma it's up to the duo to track down where the children are being kept. After hacking into disturbing braindances, they pinpoint the killer’s hideout at an abandoned farm. Storming the site, V rescues Randy and the other victims while River delivers justice to the twisted murderer. This mission strengthens V’s relationship with River and opens the door for a possible romance.

Gun Music: V is stopped by Aldecaldo Taco while walking in the city and informed about a situation with the Scavengers. Intent on helping the Aldecaldos, V goes to see what is going on and interrupts the conversation between the Aldecaldos and the leader of the Scavengers, who is complaining that the delivery of cyberware was three days later than intended. The Aldecaldos reason that this was due to the dust storm that passed a few days ago. V is able to intimidate the Scavengers and have them make the deal with the Aldecaldos.

The Ballad of Buck Ravers: V stumbles upon a street musician playing in Japantown, sparking a conversation with Johnny Silverhand about Samurai’s old bootlegs. Following Johnny’s lead, V heads to the site of the Rainbow Cadenza, now a food joint, where the staff points them to Karim Noel, a vendor obsessed with Samurai’s music. After some back-and-forth and a quiz on Johnny’s lyrics, V secures a rare SAMURAI Concert Recording. Johnny reflects on Karim’s nostalgia, criticizing how he idolizes the music but missed the message. The mission ends with V choosing how to respond to Johnny’s thoughts.

Send in the Clowns: V receives an unexpected gig from Ozob Bozo, a combat-obsessed cyber-clown with an explosive grenade for a nose. Tasked with driving him to a high-stakes fight club, V can choose to watch him brawl or step in. The bizarre mission showcases Night City’s strange, unpredictable side—just another day in the life of a merc.

I Really Want To Stay At Your House (First Date with Panam)
After helping the Aldecaldos, Panam comes over to V's apartment for a date and they engage in small talk on the couch, cuddle, and dance to music before heading off to bed. This allows V and Panam to have regular date nights throughout the rest of the story.

Happy Together: V checks in on Barry, his neighbor, at the request of the NCPD, who is a troubled NCPD officer dealing with the loss of a close friend. Eventually Barry will answer the door and let you in, talking about a really bad case he had to work that got swept under the rug and losing his close friend, Andrew, made it worse for him. V visits Andrew's grave to learn he wasn't a person, but actually a pet turtle. V confronts the police officers with this information, in which case Mendez will open up to Barry about his own tough cases and talk to Barry.
