Rep. Eli Crane: Judge blocking DOGE undermines Trump’s authority under Article II

Representative Eli Crane talks about the impeachment resolution he filed against a U.S. District Judge who blocked the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) from accessing Treasury Department information. “This administration’s on a roll. They are exposing things to the American people that they have expected for a very long time. It’s unbelievable, the amount of fraud, waste, and abuse that is being uncovered right now. And we cannot have radicals in the judicial branch stopping the executive branch from carrying out their Article II powers,” he says.
