Full Body Interval Strength Workout with Bands | 25 Minutes

This 25-minute interval-style bands workout consists of 8 movements for 2 rounds through. I am using a SPRI medium resistance tube with handles, a light resistance mini-band, and a heavy cloth non-slip mini-band, as well as a mat for the floor work. I strongly recommend shoes for this workout as it’s done with the band sometimes underneath one or both feet.
