EVERYTHING MUST BE FELT/EXPERIENCED...

↓THE SHADOW IS OUR GREATEST TEACHER…
(EVERYTHING MUST BE EXPERIENCED…)

- The greater the shadow the greater the Teacher

- Some Ancient souls allow themselves to be born to what appears to be a difficult set of circumstances - parental abuse, addiction, trauma, etc.

- This is done on purpose, because their great love for Source and they believe in the depth of their Soul and Spirit that it will find a way to re-member to LOVE it All.

- She who has experienced the greatest trauma can experience the greatest compassion

- And He who has been to the darkest of the darks can appreciate the light all the more

- The key becomes when one makes the decision and DETERMINES to sit with the discomfort, the fear, and to love it All - especially the greatest shadow - which is the greatest teacher

- WHAT WE REVEAL, WE FEEL, WE HEAL - it must be felt - everything must be experienced

- So right now: DETERMINE to not abandon your body, not to suppress/repress/numb or spiritual bypass or leave your body the next time the shadow comes to visit

- Determine now that when the shadow comes to visit, you will sit with it, feel it, observe it with warm neutrality - the shadow is simply the lack of light or awareness

- Once you shine the light of awareness on it, it is no longer the shadow, and that part will re-integrate into YOU-at ONE with All, no longer rejected but accepted.

- Eventually the trauma becomes traumedy - and you can laugh at the parts that used to scare you, as you realize it was your greatest teacher and the Truth is actually funny.
