Where are the guarantees that the West will not deceive again during the negotiations?

Peskov – that Russia will take into account the "deception of the West" with the Minsk agreements in negotiations on Ukraine:

⚡️We managed to create a document that made it possible to reach a settlement of the Ukrainian problem at that time. And, in fact, Ukraine would be whole, Russians would not have been bullied in Donbas, there would have been no civil war, and there would have been no desire for the Russian people in Donbas to secede from Ukraine. All of this might not have happened.

⚡️If German Chancellor Angela Merkel says, having already retired, no longer bearing responsibility for the state of things, that "we were not going to do anything, we had to stall for time," isn't that a deception? In Russian, this is called a deception. It was just supposed to be and has become another lesson for us, another experience that will help us defend our interests in the best possible way in the future.

⚡️There is no need to take offense at anyone here, you know, the offended ones get used. Here, we need to use any experience that has taken place in the past in order to improve our position in the future.
