Who's the Father?

Was in a business establishment recently and heard women talking on the phone to someone about a man taking a blood test to try to find out if a child of a pregnant woman is his. The woman I was listening to was an African American. The African American community in the inner cities has been largely decimated by LBJ's catastrophic "War on Poverty" that paid women more to have babies if the father didn't stick around. Thus, so many in the inner cities grow up without fathers and with uncaring, unloving and incapable mothers. Thus many young African American males turn to gangs to get what they perceive as love. They will even kill for love and to get their familial needs met. And the young girls turn to promiscuity for what they think is love. Along with the increased welfare payments, seeking what they believe is love is why the out of wedlock birthrate in the African American community is now over 70 percent, no doubt well over 70 percent in some areas. And 40 percent of African American babies are killed by abortion in New York City.
So the totally failed "War on Poverty," along with abandoning traditional morals is why the inner cities have turned inot war zones and a major factor for the 117 shootings in Chicago over the last 4th of July weekend. The Democrat welfare state is the new plantation. Generations have been trapped on it by design so that thosed trapped will vote Democrat for their pittance. The Democrats couldn't care less about all of the devastation and death that it has wrought.
