13:14 – Andrew hands the phone over to the police officer to speak with Deanne. She immediately informs the officer that Andrew is escalating and should be evaluated for a 302 (an emergency involuntary psychological evaluation at a hospital, Pennsylvania's equivalent to New York's 9.41.) The officer says that Andrew has not done anything yet to warrant a 302.
15:18 – Andrew gets into the police officer's car.
16:14 – Crisis services call begins.
24:24 – The officer drops Andrew off at his current residence.
