‘Focus on the job’: Albanese's Valentine's Day post sparks backlash

GT Communications Founder Gemma Tognini accuses Prime Minister Anthony Albanese of using his fiancée to win votes following his Valentine’s Day video post.

“I genuinely wish Jodie the best and them as a couple the best but he’s the Prime Minister of a country that is in turmoil,” Ms Tognini said.

“I don’t care about his wedding plans, I couldn’t care less about his wedding plans.

“He’s not paid to talk about his wedding plans … focus on the job at hand.

“Go with God, be happy, have a great marriage but run the damn country and focus on the job in front of you.”
