Banana Cake, loaded with Cinnamon and frosted with Cream Cheese Icing.
This cake always gets rave reviews and it’s so easy to make!
To easily remove from the pan, line the pan with greased parchment paper.
Please remember that baking in glass reduces the cooking time!

BANANA CAKE RECIPE
1 15 - 16 ounce White Cake Mix
1 Cup Buttermilk*
1/2 Cup Oil
1 Tsp Vanilla
3 Large Eggs
3-4 Large Overripe Bananas (11/2 - 2 Cups mashed)
2 Tbsp Cinnamon
3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
*or substitute
CREAM CHEESE ICING
1 8 ounce block cream cheese
1 stick (1/2 Cup) butter
3 Cups Confectioners Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
