Suspect arrest in 36-year-old murder

The Grand Traverse County Sheriff’s Office announced Tuesday it arrested a 63-year-old Leelanau County man for Open Murder related to the death of Linda Meteer. Meteer's body was found in Hoosier Valley in April of 1989! Her murder went unsolved for nearly 36 years. Meteer was a 41-year-old mother of five children at the time.
