SO WHAT IS THIS ALL TRENDY FUSS ABOUT THE PILATES NOW? 🤔

Now, don’t get me wrong, if you enjoy pilates, by all means, do it! No issues….

BUT …. BUT … BUT ….
suggesting that people should ditch resistance training / lifting weights altogether? That’s not just wrong, it’s horrifying!!! 😱

Strength training offers unique benefits that pilates or yoga or any other exercise can’t match, especially as you get older.

It’s not just about looking good when you’re young or looking smaller in your frame. Building strength is crucial for your overall health and well-being.

I request,
keep lifting weights! Even just a couple of times a week can make a huge difference. You don’t have to spend every day in the gym to see results. 💪🏽
