Name.com Support "WordPress Hosting cPanel Unavailible?"

The good Internet Doctor is just being persistent on this cPanel availably for annual plans. I have paid for my plan that expires in nov 2025. I see many support topics on this subject, but none I found say cPanal access is NOT Available on the annual WP hosting plan. As I like to say, Just my two cents w0rth.
