1. **Mix the Batter:**
- In a small bowl, whisk together the water, oil, flour, and salt until smooth.
- If you want to add color, mix in a few drops of food coloring.
2. **Heat the Pan:**
- Use a **non-stick pan** and heat it over **medium-high heat**.
- No need to add oil—the batter already contains oil.
3. **Cook the Tuile:**
- Pour a small amount of the batter (about 1-2 tbsp) into the pan.
