Did you all see the NBA dunk contest this past weekend and what Mac McClung did? While I usually save current events for the Rabbit Hole Roundup channel, this one couldn't wait and there was a lot of overlap. When I see another human achieving some incredible feats, rather than viewing that as "Omg I could never do that..." it gets me thinking "Where might I be limiting myself?" So Mac's dunk contest got me thinking what are the limits to human performance? Are genetics actually a limiting factor or do they only determine our starting place and can we change which genes get expressed? And this got me fired up to attacking my own dreams so I hope that this video can transfer some of that energy to you! Tune in now...
