Lloyd's behavior becomes increasingly erratic, causing Malia to question his ability to do his job. The tension between them comes to a head, leading to a heated confrontation that leaves the rest of the crew stunned.
Meanwhile, Chef Mathew Shea struggles to impress the charter guests with his cuisine, and Chief Stew Katie Flood tries to manage the interior team's workload. However, Fifth Stew Lexi Wilson's inexperience causes problems, and Katie must step in to prevent a disaster.
