Sausage and Broccoli Pasta | Blackstone Griddles
This dish takes Betty right back to her childhood! Sausage and broccoli pasta was a staple in her house, and now she is going to show you how to make it on the Blackstone. Whether you go with white sauce or red, sweet or spicy sausage, we know you’re going to love it just as much as Betty does!

Ingredients
1 family-size bag Rana tortellini (or your preferred cooked pasta)
1 lb Italian sausage (casing removed if applicable)
1 head broccoli, chopped
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1.5 tbsp Blackstone Tuscan Herb seasoning
Pinch of crushed red pepper
1.5 cups chicken stock
Freshly grated Pecorino Romano cheese (or Parmesan)
Extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Chop the garlic and broccoli. Heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-low heat, add the broccoli, and toss. Cover with a dome to help steam.
Meanwhile, cook the sausage, breaking it into bite-sized pieces.
Once both are cooked, combine the sausage and broccoli, adding more oil if needed. Stir in garlic, Tuscan Herb seasoning, and crushed red pepper.
Cook for a minute, then add the tortellini and toss well. Pour in the chicken stock and cook for 3-4 minutes, then grate in the cheese.
Serve hot with additional cheese on top.
