Rep. Crockett: "We’ve got to do better in education. People don’t understand"

"Right now, he has a 53% approval rating. That’s higher than it has ever been. 70% believe he is keeping his promises, and 45% think Democrats should be more moderate. What do you think? What do you conclude?

I think there’s a lot to analyze in those numbers. What do you make of that?

My conclusion is that, just like in the elections, we need to improve education. People don’t get it, but they will when those hospitals in rural America start shutting down even more. They’ll understand when they don’t have their Social Security. They’ll understand when their Medicaid, their Medicare, disappears.

They’ll understand when planes keep falling from the sky. Soon, they’ll realize why it’s important to maybe have someone who isn’t loud or ridiculous. And maybe Sleepy Joe was what we wanted because at least we could sleep at night.

Yeah, that’s the truth. Amen, girl."
