The crew of Lady Michelle is tasked with hosting a charter for a group of demanding guests, but things quickly go awry. Chief Stew Katie Flood's complete lack of competence and laziness are on full display as she struggles to manage the interior team and provide adequate service to the guests.
Katie's ineptitude is particularly evident during a disastrous dinner service, where she fails to coordinate the timing of the courses, leading to a delay of over an hour. Her lack of attention to detail and inability to multitask cause chaos in the galley, and the guests begin to lose patience.
Meanwhile, Fifth Stew Lexi Wilson's toxic behavior continues to cause problems, and she clashes with Katie over the management of the interior team. Lexi's behavior is particularly egregious, as she refuses to take direction from Katie and instead does things her own way.
Captain Sandy Yawn is not impressed with the crew's performance, particularly Katie's lack of competence. She calls out Katie's mistakes and demands improvement, but it remains to be seen whether Katie can step up to the challenge.
