The crew of Lady Michelle is tasked with navigating through a treacherous storm, but things quickly become complicated. Bosun Malia White's leadership is put to the test as she struggles to keep the deck team safe and on track.
Meanwhile, Chief Stew Katie Flood's ineptitude continues to cause problems, and she clashes with Captain Sandy Yawn over the management of the interior team. Katie's lack of attention to detail and inability to multitask cause chaos in the galley, and the guests begin to lose patience.
Fifth Stew Lexi Wilson's toxic behavior also continues to cause problems, and she refuses to take direction from Katie. Lexi's behavior is particularly egregious, as she begins to sabotage Katie's efforts and undermine her authority.
As the storm rages on, the crew's tensions come to a head. A heated confrontation between Malia and Lexi leaves the rest of the crew stunned, and Captain Sandy must intervene to restore order.
