Moving a Spouse 🇳🇮 Nicaragua to USA 🇺🇸

Many Americans imagine that if they marry someone abroad that they will easily be able to spend their lives together, and in most cases they can. But if they want to move back to the United States, quite often they are met with the harsh reality that the USA does not easily allow spouses of citizens to have a simple back to moving, or even visiting, the United States. One of the most common human rights around the world, basic personal freedom and fundamental tenant of prioritizing families is not available to Americans.

Also part four of the ongoing saga of the man who falsely claims his wife is "trapped" in Nicaragua, and now plans on punishing her by forcing her to move to a dangerous and expensive part of Mexico to cut her off from familial support, remove her from affordable living and make her an illegal alien in a country where she has no hope of obtaining a residency visa.
