The crew of Lady Michelle is tasked with hosting a charter for a group of adventurous guests, but things quickly become complicated. Chief Stew Katie Flood is still reeling from Captain Sandy Yawn's warning, and her performance continues to suffer as a result.
Katie's mistakes are particularly egregious, as she fails to coordinate the timing of the meals and mismanages the interior team. Her lack of attention to detail and inability to multitask cause chaos in the galley, and the guests begin to lose patience.
Meanwhile, Fifth Stew Lexi Wilson's toxic behavior continues to cause problems, and she clashes with Katie over the management of the interior team. Lexi's behavior is particularly concerning, as she begins to sabotage Katie's efforts and undermine her authority.
As the charter comes to a close, Captain Sandy is forced to confront Katie about her performance once again. This time, the consequences are severe, and Katie is left reeling from the aftermath.
