The crew of Lady Michelle is tasked with hosting a charter for a group of high-maintenance guests, but things quickly become complicated. Chief Stew Katie Flood's departure has left a void in the interior team, and Fifth Stew Lexi Wilson is struggling to pick up the slack.
Lexi's inexperience and lack of attention to detail cause chaos in the galley, and the guests begin to lose patience. Captain Sandy Yawn is not impressed with Lexi's performance and calls her out for her mistakes.
Meanwhile, Bosun Malia White is dealing with her own issues, as she struggles to manage the deck team and keep up with the demands of the charter. Malia's leadership is put to the test, and she must find a way to motivate her team and get the job done.
As the charter comes to a close, the crew is relieved to have made it through, but tensions among the crew are running high. Captain Sandy must intervene to restore order and remind the crew of their responsibilities.
