Recipe for Codfish Pie, super easy to make! 🥧🐟👌

INGREDIENTS:

1 large onion 🧅
3 garlic cloves 🧄
900g of soaked codfish (unsalted) and shredded 🐟
100g of grated cheese (I used Parmesan) 🧀
1kg of boiled and mashed potatoes 🥔
Breadcrumbs (enough to sprinkle) 🍞
Olive oil, salt, black pepper, and cilantro to taste 🌿🧂
