Jeff, Don, Ken, and Paul discuss first, the Arizona election bill that was vetoed by Dem Governor, and then most importantly, a lesson on the US Constitution and Articles II and III, the Executive Branch, and the Judicial Branch.
A very important point is made that "Congress is granted power over the lower courts by Article III," and they can reign in these rogue judges who are abusing the system with their unconstitutional TROs (Temp restraining orders)...using their legislative powers.
