It is a grave misconception to view the God of the Bible solely through the lens of love. While the Bible does affirm that God is love, it also acknowledges that He does hate. The Bible lists these things that God hates: a proud look, a lying tongue, hands that devise wicked plans, feet swift to run toward evil, and one who sows discord. For example, the innocent bloodshed in Ukraine. The question of when the bloodshed began in Ukraine is being debated. Some argue that it started in 2022 when Russian tanks crossed Ukraine's borders, while others believe it began in 2014 during the Revolution of Dignity.
