David Romlewski, a FREEDOM CONVOY participant will be seeking leave to appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada (highest court in the land).
This marks the first such attempt among those charged and arrested during what has been described as Canada’s largest peaceful demonstration.
Mr. Romlewski's case carries significant legal weight, as its outcome could impact ALL ongoing trials and appeals relating to Freedom Convoy 2022.
