Dive The Depths Demo | Deep Sea Bullet Hell | Part 02 of 02

Hello Im Skill Incarnate and Welcome to My Games Review Series.
My reviews cover indie games that i have bought, had gifted to me and have been provided by developers for review.
In this episode I check out a new underwater Action Game called Dive The Depths. This game was developed by Light Up Games, who also worked on the excellent underwater Soulslike Mark Of The Deep, which ive also covered, and is published by Starpixel Studios, who also released several unique indie games I hope to cover in the future, including Good Soup, The Walls Still Stand and Puzzle Dungeon. Dive The Depths is a mix of roguelike and bullet hell shooter, with just a hint of Soulslike influence. The story follows a lone diver, is sent on a harrowing mission to explore the depths of the ocean in an attempt to uncover its secrets.

Your adventure will take you through several unique and deadly biomes, each with their own deadly hazards and terrifying beasts, boasting devastating power. In order to stand a chance of survival, you will need to harness the vast power of the ocean for yourself, acquiring priceless treasure to trade with the deep sea merchants for weapons, items and game changing perks. Your ultimate goal is to become a predator that can defy the dangers of the deep sea.

The game features a bullet hell like combat system, with player dodging waves of projectiles and enemy attacks, whilst dispatching your foes carefully times attacks of your own.With each run you will explore deeper into the depths until you meet your inevitable end. However you will also amass potent perks and deadly weapons to assist you in future attempts. The demo of the game features the first three biomes of the game, each with their own set of bosses and minibosses to challenge the player. The demo is avaiable at the time of recording and I highly recommend you try Dive The Depths for yourself
