@realjoelhalstead at the House of Refuge has graduated the program after 1 year of successfully doing all that was required of him. Drug-free and alcohol-free and keeping a job! This is a Christ-centered transitional housing organization, some might say halfway-house, but you don't need to be a Christian to be in the program. You just have to have an open mind and be willing to change. We all have decisions that bring us to places in our lives we didn't expect. Sometimes we just need a hand-up. We aren't looking for handouts.
