I could fix this in 2 weeks. Let the high schoolers do the brunt. This is the fastest way to restore the broken education system and help society recover from the brink. Give the younger kids the best education possible. If you just let a kid learn whatever interests him or her you cant beat that system ever. Computers and kids helping each other. You could make it fun if you were inventive. Awesome colored by the students schools with levels everywhere like a computer game. Maybe even have a day a month they can bring their personal devices in. I see flashing lights with even star lit walls. I see no grumpy people about. Of course there will always be kids with emotional problems about ...and there will always be a fair number of older peers to help them cope if possible.
