Episode 584: Understanding the transition between two Ages Part 4

Hello everyone. In today's Bible study we investigate a subtly yet extremely important transition between two Ages in the Bible.

Some people call the Ages, Dispensations, nevertheless the meaning is the same.

Basically, the Ages or Dispensations works this way. They are a series of testing that God instituted as a method to reveal certain elements regarding His attributes.

This ultimately leads to a true understanding of the One True God revealing HIs true character and how He Himself interacts with His creation. The sole purpose for these Ages is for the praise of God's glory.

Yes, you read that correctly. The SOLE purpose for everything that has ever happened, that is currently happening, and that will ever happen is the praise of the glory of the Creator, the Lord of Hosts.

Kevin, if you are correct about what you just said, that makes it sound as if this is just a game to God when people are truly hurting and suffering.

My first response to such a comment is, CAREFUL. You don't want to find yourself accusing God of being unrighteous. Second, as the CREATOR - the Giver & Sustainer of all life, should God not have the to do whatever He determines? Third, just because God's creatures does not and cannot comprehend the excellency of His knowledge and wisdom, does that make God unjust?

The answers to each of those questions above is obvious yet some would dare to say that what God is doing is "unfair". To that statement, unfair, I would say that you are absolutely correct. God is not fair and it is a good thing He never claimed to be.

What God does declare is that He is righteous which means God is incapable of being unrighteous. Fairness is subjective, righteousness is the standard of perfection which cannot be approved upon nor altered.

Now as we look beyond the surface of the scriptures and begin to dig deeply at the purposes of God, we clearly discover how the LORD transition progressively from one Age to another Age. The characters who have this privilege are unaware of the changes hence this breeds confusion and requires intervention by God to settle the hearts and mines of the people.
