Delectable Apple Oat Balls Recipe

This is a great Recipe for delectable Apple Oat Balls dusted with Powdered Sugar.

Apple Oat Balls
Ingredients:
2 Apples (Gala or your choice)
1-1/2 cups Quick Cooking Oats
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
Pinch of Salt
2 tbsp Honey
1 Egg
Powdered Sugar

Preheat Oven 350°F
Line Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper.
Peel, core and shred Apples.
(Tip: If the Apples are to juicy squeeze out most Liquid)
Combine Oats, Baking Powder, Cinnamon, Salt, Honey, Egg & Apples.
Shape equal seized Balls approx. 25gr each.
Place on Baking Sheet.
Bake 20 Minutes, until light golden.
Cool completely on Wire Rack.
Dust with Powdered Sugar to your liking.
