Entitled Passenger Spits on a Gate Agent and Chaos Erupts

On May 29, 2024 in Florida, an officer was working patrol at the airport when his assistance was requested at a gate. When he arrived on scene, an airline employee told him that a passenger had threatened to hit and spit on her after she had charged her for her carry-on bag. Because of this, a supervisor determined that the woman could not be allowed on the plane and called the officer for assistance in escorting the woman from the gate. This is body cam footage of the events that followed.
