This is an excerpt from the documentary What is Treason done by J.J. Carrell who is interviewing a govt. employee about how FEMA distributes funds through NGO's for illegal immigrant services. As noted the biggest recipient this employee worked with is Jewish Family Services (JFS) who received over $600 million in a single year to distribute to other NGO's connected to JFS. As the employee notes the amounts are multiple billions annually directed to NGO's by FEMA from funds earmarked for national disasters like Lahaina, hurricane relief etc.
