US Vice President J.D. Vance, Freedom of speech in Germany?

US Vice President J.D. Vance offers free tutoring on freedom of speech and defence issues to German politicians. Unusual for many ears, he addresses querstions of financing issues surrounding the deployment of US armed forces in countries of allied powers. Thirdly, he alludes to the mutual relationship and interests between the Western community of values and the changed understanding of basic principles of freedom and democracy. All in all, important questions on the future direction of political concepts projecting out of  Berlin.
