Keto Chocolate Mousse

Good day and welcome back to the channel! Today, we're continuing with the sweet treat theme. This time, we're making a keto version of chocolate mousse! It's a treat that hits all the right spots - creamy, thick, sweet and chocolatey!

Ingredients
1 cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons allulose (or your favorite non-sugar sweetener)
4 ounces of mascarpone, softened (if you don't have mascarpone, cream cheese works well)
splash of pure vanilla extract

Gather your ingredients. Place everything in a bowl or the container that came with your immersion blender. Blend everything together until it's the desired texture/thickness. Should only take ~ 30 seconds.

That's it!

You now have an amazing, delicious treat that's keto safe and creates amazing feeling/satiety!

You now also have a canvas...just add some powdered peanuts to create a sort of Reese's inspired mousse. Or, maybe add some cinnamon. Why not add some no sugar chocolate chips? Or maybe mix in some peppermint extract (if you enjoy chocolate and mint). Options abound to customize how you like!
