Homemade AP flour from Fresh Milled Flour and a Vanilla Bundt Cake

Trying to cut back on processed foods and focusing on Fresh Milled Flour.
Makes your own All Purpose flour and try this vanilla bundt cake recipe with your new flour

Vanilla Bundt Cake made from homemade AP flour
227g/1 cup soft butter
400g/2 cups sugar
**Mix and cream the butter and sugar for two minutes
54g/1/4 cup neutral oil (I used avocado oil)
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
**mix
3 eggs
** blend in one at a time, mixing between each addition
**Alternate adding flour and buttermilk
330g/2 3/4 cup homemade AP flour from fresh milled flour
**(I used 1/3 spelt, 1/3 soft white wheat and 1/3 hard white wheat that was sifted to remove much of the bran)
182g/3/4 cup buttermilk

**Oil and flour a bundt pan, place cake batter in the pan and bake in a preheated 350ºF/ 180ºC bake for 45-60 minutes. Make sure a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out cleanly

Make a simple frosting to drizzle over the top of the cake if you want it to be a bit sweeter. We enjoyed this cake plain, but others in our family would have wanted a frosting dripped over the top of the cake.
